I’ve been here three times now, it’s so good!! Have yet to try the matcha because I’m so obsessed with the sushi and onigiri. Everything tastes so fresh, I love it. The wagyu onigiri and the salmon nigiri are my favorites, but I’ve tried almost everything and it’s all delicious. The owner is so friendly and even gave me a free piece of sushi the second time I came since it was near close and he remembered me. I’ll be back many times!

I was happy to see Osaka was selling matcha since Des Moines doesn't have many options for great matcha. I ordered the blueberry matcha with oat milk and it was amazing. It wasn't too sweet and you can tell they use high quality matcha. The tuna mayo onigiri was also great and that's coming from someone who isn't a huge fan of seafood.
